“Math-art’ is a specially designed math enhancement program where numbers are fun. Children work with 10 on10 math work sheets, innovative math tricks & games to keep the class participation and interest levels high. Basic arithmetic skills are reinforced with fun tricks and techniques along with craft.
Date: 3rd Sept’11 || Age: 4-6 yrs @ 11:00 – 12:00 pm
7-9 yrs @ 12:00 – 1:00 pm
About the Mentor – Maithreyi Satish is a teacher and an artist. She holds a Masters in Fine Arts from the University of Chennai. She enjoys working with children and has conducted various workshops on art and craft, math-art and yog-art. A talented and a versatile artist, she is adept at working with different mediums to create unique pieces of art and craft. Her repertoire includes home décor items like fridge magnets, bead curtains, decorative candles and textured paintings that work well as gifts.
This session is open to members and non members. A guest fee of rs 100 is applicable for the non members.
